He acts for Australian and international clients and has significant cross-border dispute experience.
Christopher has appeared at all levels of the court system including in leading decisions on corporate insolvency, contract law, trusts, civil and appellate procedure, evidence, and insurance law.
He has also appeared in a diverse range of dispute resolution processes including arbitration and mediation.
Christopher is a member of the NSW Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and its Practice Development Committee.
He was a solicitor at a leading commercial law firm before joining the Bar.
